What happens after an order is place?

We contact you via email or phone to confirm delivery day and time.

 

What happens if I'm not at home when you deliver?

We'll follow the delivery instructions you gave. If there's no delivery instructions, the driver will call you to take instructions on where to leave the order. Orders can be left in a secure place, sheds, under recycling boxes, neighbours or delivered to your office.

 

What time will my delivery arrive?

Our drivers start deliveries at 5am and deliver throughout the day until 8pm. If you think you may not be home when our driver arrives, fear not, we will follow the instructions you gave. Our driver will also call you when he's on route.
